Summit 913 is a 9th floor beach view unit situated in the highly-coveted Tops’l Beach & Racquet Resort in Miramar Beach, Florida. Summit 913 is roughly a .2 mile short walk to the beach in the private resort. The kitchen is completely updated with stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. The laundry room can be found in the kitchen as well. The living room boasts those gorgeous peek-a-boo beach views and has a flat screen TV, couch, and two chairs.
Just down the hallway, the master bedroom features a queen-size bed, closet, flat screen TV, and private bathroom. You can wake up every morning to see those crashing waves from your private balcony. At the opposite end of the hall, there is the guest bedroom with two twin beds and a flat screen TV. The guest bathroom is located in the hall directly next to the guest bedroom.
