Welcome to the Tiki Hut! This amazing home sits directly on a calm, private, shallow cove of Perdido Bay, providing the perfect place for families to relax, play, swim, & paddle safely. Enjoy gorgeous views, coffee on the balconies, & serene waters. This 3 bed/2.5 bath sleeps up to 8 and includes a fully stocked kitchen, laundry, 2 kayaks, and more! Spend all day right here, isolated from the hustle and bustle. Or take a very short drive to the beaches, dining, and more along Perdido Key.
This is a three story townhouse directly on Perdido Bay, perfect for relaxing, isolating, swimming, and kayaking. With exceptional views, and water proximity you'll find no where else, this unit and community is unlike any other you've stayed in. You can sit and watch for dolphins as the kids play in the shallow waters right behind the unit. The bay is so much safer for swimming and playing, and with the water's edge a mere 7 STEPS AWAY, and KAYAKS included, this unit offers excellent location and accommodations.
The lower level of the unit is the carport, which includes an area for parking, relaxing in the shade, grilling, eating lunch, and of course that direct water access just a few steps away. When you're done enjoying all your outdoor fun, you will enter the front door and then take a flight of stairs to Level 2.
There you will find the living room, its private balcony, dining room, kitchen, half bath, and the first bedroom, which includes a queen bed. Another flight of stairs will take you to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms on Level 3, as well as the full size laundry room. The master suite offers a king bed and has its own private bathroom and balcony. The guest room just down the hall has a queen bed and also offers a bathroom right next to it. For additional guests, a queen air mattress and bedding is also provided.
Within the Unit: Two (2) Kayaks with Paddles including Life Vests, Charcoal Grill, High Speed Wi-Fi, TV's in all Bedrooms and Living Room with streaming and digital antenna.
Within the Community: Community Heated Pool, Private Beach, Club House with Cardio Equipment only, all of which is less than a 3 minute walk.
This is a quiet, gated, and peaceful neighborhood located on Innerarity Island, nestled in the waters of Perdido Bay.
Perdido Key Beaches (Gulf of Mexico) are about 10 minutes away (5 miles). The complex offers a diverse mixture of friendly locals and relaxing vacationers. Neighborhood pool and fitness equipment are included as well! The pool is heated and is open year round - come enjoy!
