Perfect for guests seeking peace, nature, and adventure, just minutes from the lake, historic Richfield Springs, and Cooperstown.
We respect your privacy but are available through the Airbnb app for any questions or assistance during your stay.
Guests have full access to the cabin interior, outdoor tent shower (seasonal), and private outhouse. You may also enjoy the surrounding yard and picnic area. The shed and any locked storage areas are not accessible.
This cozy wood-paneled cabin offers a simple, peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. It is off-grid except for electricity — there is no running water or sewer. An outhouse is available for restroom needs, and an outdoor tent shower is set up in warmer months. A fire pit for cozy night under the stars. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable bed, small kitchen with basic cooking supplies, and a seating/dining area. Perfect for guests who appreciate rustic charm and a back-to-basics experience.
We are in the process of improving the property with a well and septic system. Until then, please bring your own water supply. The indoor sink is not operational and should not be used until water is available. Lawn maintenance takes place once a week during daylight hours to keep the grounds tidy.
