Positive: Very close to the beach
Negative: Road flooded at high tide…. But hurricane Erin was passing by. Also the shower knob in the master bathroom was hard to turn.
Summary: We took my grandbaby for her her first beach trip.Beach is just right around the corner. Very close to everything.plenty
