Summary: We stayed here 3 nights to celebrate a birthday. I found the restaurant and bar staff to be absolutely amazing, as we went to Savoy Grill, River Restaurant and American Bar. Food and drinks were great. Room (stayed in superior queen) was nice, but having paid similar rates for rooms at other London hotels I probably had high expectations. Anyhow, it still was a decent room and enough space for 2 people. I think the only thing that let it down was some of the reception staff could have been more attentive, or when I came to collect my ID as the lady forgot to return it when checking in I was told to wait but no update given. Eventually about 10 mins later the security guy comes over and asks if I had any other ID when my driving license clearly has my picture on it. Other than some minor customer service things I thought could have been done better, the hotel is a good location and at least can say now been to the Savoy!
