Summary: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent and has a great view of the river. The complimentary breakfast at the mermaid cafe was great also! I was a bit disappointed in the room as it was smaller than expected for an upgraded room. The bathroom was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable
