Convenient key code entry, in-house laundry, and ample room for parking. Minutes from Boise and Meridian, it’s the perfect base for your urban explorations. Traveling with other friends, family, or co-workers that want to be nearby but with their own space? Check to see if the next door unit called "The Wildflower" is available! We also have 2 more similar units in the same neighborhood called "The Explorer" and "The Garden".
Please Note:
Guests are expected to read and be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and any additional fees paid in advance). Additional security deposit may be required depending on pets and/or length of stay. Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules. Unsigned rental agreement means no entry. Pets must be discussed/approved and paid in advance - dog friendly only; no cats - maximum 2. To maintain the condition of the home the pet fee will be $40 for 1 pet and $80 for 2 pets. Failure to disclose a pet at this property before check-in could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged. The garage is not included and locked off from guest use.

EXTRA PARKING | We have a 40’ paved driveway and gravel parking that can accommodate 3 additional cars. We have been able to accommodate many trucks and U-haul, with advanced notice. Trailers, Uhauls, RVs, and van lifers should be able to fit. We do not have any hookups, dumps, or other RV amenities.
