The wonderful beaches of Borth and Aberdovey are approximately 25 minutes or 12 miles away. Artists Valley as the name suggests, 15 minutes. University town of Aberystwyth within easy driving distance. The holiday cottages are close to the local pub, which is 1 mile away at Cemmaes Village and the nearest shop is 4 miles away at Mallwyd.
