Positive: The house is well equipped and maintained, and all our group members settled well and comfortably. BBQ works well, kitchen has everything, beds are comfy, space for everyone..
Negative: The house is managed by a management company. It has pluses and minuses. Getting into the house requires a code. The cide does not work before 16:00 - check in time - which is quite late. If you arrive earlier - you need to wait outside until the code becomes effective at 16:00. Also, price seems to be a bit on the higher side.
Summary: Comfortable house, well maintained, a bit pricey
