Positive: Very cozy and a relaxing environment, everything you need is there. The owners were there to help out whenever needed, my tip is buy there bags of logs as they were better than what you could buy from home bargains, we spent a small fortune on logs from home bargains that were sticks at best! So definitely buy from owners
