Positive: You should have two separate sets of questions depending on the accommodation. The instructions to find the property were truly appalling and inaccurate. We had to phone the owners in Albania(!) who were lovely. The beds and pillows were superb.
Negative: The grass strip along the length of the path to the house should be kept shorter. A bench at the front of the house would be nice. Who would sit around the back with those glorious views of the loch?
