Just 1 minute from quiet Walmer station with easy access to Deal (4 mins by train)
Only 15 mins stroll from the sea & majestic views of Walmer castle. 5 mins to Walmer village with amenities including a micro pub & bakery. Cyclists/walkers are only 2 mins from the start of The Skylark trail and the stunning kent countryside.
The space
Your hosts Jo & Russ welcome you to The Courtyard which is located in Upper Walmer.
The Courtyard is entirely self contained with its own private access designed and inspired by our travels to Greece and its beautiful Olive Groves. It provides a tranquil suntrap haven in the day which transforms to a romantic setting with beautiful lighting at night with its own cosy gazebo.
The Courtyard is a secluded guest suite with its own private courtyard offering a double room with a Kingsize bed. It includes luxury designed storage with a smartTV, fridge & dressing area.
The bedroom has a sumptuous feel which is accessed through double French doors which can be fully opened to enjoy the beautiful courtyard garden, however the space inside is not large enough to accommodate wheelchairs. It is well appointed to include a 43" Samsung QLED smart TV, fibrespeed wifi access and an Alexa Echo spot which is a smart alarm clock with many features. Breakfast station includes kettle, toaster and crockery.
*Please note The Courtyard does not have cooking facilities but there are plenty of eateries and take aways close by.
Off the bedroom is the ensuite which has a generously sized shower. Instant and unlimited hot water. There's a feature radiator and a heated designer mirror with either cool or warm light settings. Ample storage for toiletries.
The property is No Smoking/vaping but the outside Gazebo offers a sheltered place for your comfort. Please use the ashtray provided.
We offer free parking on the drive of the property , The Courtyard is straight off the drive with security punch button access.
Please note that unfortunately the annexe is not suitable for pets.

Walmer, Kingsdown & Deal are closely located and much to offer including beautiful country and coastal walks or cycle trails.
