Positive: Near Central Town, which suited me. Cottage very private and spacious.
Negative: There is no Aircon, but the cottage has a very high ceiling and windows on both side which ensured that the heat was never a problem. Cool down very quickly in the evenings.
Summary: Nice spacious Cottage near centre of town.
