Positive: This was a lovely Bed and Breakfast at the shore. We were there in winter, so it wasn't a jump in the water time. But a nice space for the whole family to hang out in. The rooms are big, with great balconies that I expect are fantastic in summer. We were out there anyway because we loved the sound of the waves. Breakfast was nice, we all sat at a long table and got to interact with the hosts, which we enjoyed. And it was an easy drive to Taroko Gorge, which was perfect for us as we wanted to spend the day there.
Negative: I wouldn't say I didn't like it, but the decorations reminded me of suburban homes in the US in the 2000s. Actually, a lot like my sister's house. Not my vibe but also very comfortable. So it's definitely a "your mileage may vary" place. I'm more austere in my decorating tastes. But again, not a diss on the place, just a description.
Summary: A great jumping off place for a drive to Taroko Gorge.
