Positive: Lots of potential.
Negative: Not much of a deep clean was done to the home, the water was absolutely terrible. We didn't even want to brush our teeth with it. One of the 2 bathrooms toilet had the tank off the back and under the sink so we were unable to use both bathrooms fully.
