Positive: The view from both balconies. One balcony is overlooking the Christ statue, Tagus river and 25tg of July bridge, the view especially at night was fantastic. The appartment has a very good washing machine, ironing table and a well equipped kitchen. The location, Ajuda is a very quite and safe neighborhood, supermarkets, resturants, public transportation and gift shops are all very near.

Negative: The appartment was not clean. Floor was dirty, the mattresses were stained and the towels were yellowish. The beds were uncomfortable and mattresses made a squeeky sound whenever any one turns at night. Only one small pillow was provided for each person. The sofa was very dirty and no sheets or pillows were provided for it. An extra bed quilt was in the closet but it was too dirty and had no cover so we could not use it. The coffee machine was not cleaned before we came and we found used coffee tablet left in it.
