Summary: Staff including the housekeeping dept were very helpful ; although the Inn has LIMITED FREE parking ( less than 20 spots including handicap with more than 30 rooms ) , there is a parking garage walking distance if need be; although it has carpet flooring the rest are great ( very comfortable clean beds and shower/toilet with amenities( and strong pressure hot water was a plus ) other than hair conditioner and hair dryer ) ; no issues with the air conditioner the walls/floorings are probably “ thin” since we can here people chatting or walking above us but it did not bother us ; VERY WELL lit Inn and being in a wonderful neighborhood there are so many choices to eat in local establishments ; the Inn has an elevator too ; within 20 minutes walk to Japan Town , close to different churches,walking distance to the city hall and symphony hall ; the only reason I did 4+ star is that the staircases that our room is close to has “ leftover” birds’ droppings and feathers ( must be a favorite flock spot to gather in certain time of the year ) that the Inn management could do a bit of the cleaning - overall we are very pleased with our stay - will go back here if and when visiting SFO happens again.
