Positive: Loved the balconies and views, convenience to beach, quiet neighborhood.
Negative: There was an overwhelming smell of mildew and/or mold throughout the unit, so we had to keep windows open most of the time to avoid headaches. Perhaps the carpet should be removed? Appliances needed some maintenance.
Summary: Loved the beach and the balcony views, but would not rent this particular unit again.
