This three-bedroom, 1,900-square-foot home with a 15-by-35-foot heated swimming pool (great for water volleyball and laps) is located in north central Phoenix, which puts it within 30 minutes or less from Scottsdale, downtown Phoenix, the Cardinals football stadium, most spring training ball diamonds, Cave Creek, Tempe, Sun City, Chandler, Lake Pleasant, Anthem, and gambling casinos. Easy access to Phoenix's Interstate system (a half mile west of I-17 and one mile south of the loop 101, north side). The home is located in a quiet, middle-class neighborhood with a large Frisbee/playground park one block south. Lots of shopping and restaurants, including Arrowhead Mall area, within 5 to 15 minutes. Our daily lodging rates compete with nearby motels, including a Red Roof Inn and La Quinta, but we offer so much more. Full kitchen, three bedrooms, TV room with free Amazon Prime TV and Netflix, along with dozens of digital over the air local stations. Free Wifi and Foosball table. Top-of-the-line washer and dryer.
