You can check out the waves from the huge relaxing upstairs living area. Cafe with excellent coffee and corner Dairy, Indian Restaurant, Fish 'N Chip Takeaway Shop and Wine Shop so handy straight across the road. What else do you need? Easy walk to golf course behind house at reasonable casual rates. 5 minutes from Bayfair Shopping Complex and Bay Wave covered swimming pool. Short drive or cycle to downtown bustling Mount restaurants. Beautiful walk around or up our iconic Mount. Location is the unique feature of this property with everything so handy and close by.
