Positive: Location was great. House was very nice and accommodated family needs. Something for everyone - hot tub, pool table, arcade machine and BBQ pit. Very nice home.
Negative: Not enough towels. Cheap coffee pot with wrong parts. Need multiple irons. Only 1 found in whole house. No beach towels. Instructions on how to lock the door when leaving would be nice.
