Positive: The location and outlook was perfect. Really relaxing and the gum trees lit up at night were awesome.

Negative: The gardens were in need of some maintenance. A very steep driveway made even more difficult by branches scraping down the side of the car and restricting doors from opening. The fireplace was visually great but as it’s on the back deck it didn’t contribute much warmth against the evening breeze even when sitting in front of it. Also a washing machine would be very helpful for families!

Summary: Loved the location but would gladly look at other properties.
