Positive: Good welcome, reasonable price, accommodating checkout, Quite comfortable bed. Parking. Late breakfast

Negative: No soundproofing, fist night was ok, but the second night noise until midnight and woken up at 7 a.m. by the noise of the occupants. You can hear absolutely everything. The address indicated on Booking is not exactly correct, when you are at the hotel you have to drive 2 minutes to get to the real accomodation wich is a big house. So if you want to have the free breakfast you need to drive 2 min from the accomodation to the hotel I didn't have hot water for showering on the second day Some stains on the towels The room is in a quasi-basement, there is a window high up but you won't see anything
