Positive: Central location, comfortable clean and quiet appartment.
Negative: The smoke alarm was missing. There was a fitment for the smoke alarm on the wall at the kitchen area, but the smoke alarm had been removed. Also we only used the oven once but there was quite a lot of smoke from it so probably needed cleaned.
