Easy access to Polzeath surf beach (4 minute walk). Huge 60in TV, 2nd large TV in "snug room". Lawned garden with uninterrupted view out to sea, BBQ, Parking for 3 cars, well behaved dogs welcomed, wet room that serves as wetsuit overnight drying room, pantry/utility room, large new dining room with huge dining table that comfortably seats 16. L shaped living room, 2nd reception room, log burner. all new white goods, including 2 hobs, double cooker, wine cooler, kitchen fridge plus additional jumbo fridge in the pantry. Enclosed side garden & patio where double barbecue is located. Outside eating area overlooking the sea seats 12. Outside hot and cold shower for when returning from surfing. 250 DVD movie collection (all ages) and compendium of games for the occasional rainy day including giant chess set for playing outside. Large beach towels provided. Laundry and cleaning lady both extra.
