With the M1 and M25, both just 5 mins drive away. Equidistant to St Albans and Watford city centres, Harry Potter all less than 10 minutes drive. London is only 20 minutes drive. There are also buses and trains that take you from outside the property to St Albans or Watford train stations (Watford Junction and St Albans Abbey) which then take to the heart of London in 20 minutes.
