The Marina is the best marina in the entire island with state of the art floating docks including full power and water supply. The location for fisherman is perfect as you'll find yourself in the hot fishing grounds less than 2 miles from the marina. The Petite Conch restaurant offers an incredible breakfast, lunch and dinner and don't miss out on Sushi and Karaoke night at the Square grouper restaurant at the Beach Club.
Our Unit 4L offers full amenities for those who prefer to relax after a long day at the beach. Downstairs you have 2 master bedrooms with a beautiful ocean view. Each master bedroom has its own private bathroom. Also on the same floor there is a laundry room with a washer & dryer.
On the second floor you will have spectacular views off the sun setting over the ocean. You will also enjoy a full size kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator, dish washer, coffee maker and blender. A full size living room with comfortable furniture and a big screen TV to wind down & relax after an active day. There is also a full-size bathroom to accommodate guests staying on the second floor.
On the third floor, you will find a loft that offers accommodations for 3 people and 2 twin size beds and a sofa couch.
