Summary: Communication with the Host was a 15 out of 10. Steph was quick to answer my online questions, provide me with the check in and location details early enough to make me feel comfortable before leaving. The Condo could be very nice but to my wife and I needs a deep cleaning. The first distraction was the Febreze wall plug air freshener, way over powering for us. We unplugged it and then it was ok. The kitchen sink needed to be scrubbed, the air vent in the 2nd bathroom would not run because it was so clogged up with dust, it was gross to look at. The tile in same bathroom needed scrubbed and was stained. Overall it was a typical rental were people abuse it....base boards banged up etc...etc. Oh and the pillows were awful. We like pillows that support our heads these had 0 support, we had to buy a bamboo pillow at the flea market for my wife. This is an end unit near the entrance to the car dealers, and Superstition Springs Blvd, so we hear the loud cars with the fart can mufflers go buy at all hours and could even hear some traffic from Hwy 60. If your not a light sleeper, it might not be an issue. It was nice to have the garage to park in so we didn't have to mess with the guest pass in the window of our rental car. It suited our stay but for the money we paid, we were a bit disappointed.
