Positive: The location was excellent we have stayed n the are twice before and it is very easy to navigate Paris from the studio
Negative: The studio has many good features such as light filled rooms and a comfortable bed but is let down by being poorly maintened. The security shutters open by themselves at different times of the day and morning , there was no cold water in the shower as well as mould in the shower , the beds headboard and the chair and stool were stained , couple of the lights had blown and the apartment was very hot on arrival and the air conditioning didn’t work however n request the agent did arrange for someone to come as service the air conditioner….the plug in oscillating fan when used overheated …. It was very dangerous and we left a note stating this in English and French
Summary: The location was great …. Studios needs someone to take charge and maintain it to its full potential
