Cozy stone house with magnificent and uninterrupted view of the entire Golden Beach Bay area, which is only at 400 m. walking distance. The stone house, along with the main family house of 250 sq.m are located within a large 5.000 sq.m plot of land, full with local plants. The 45 sq.m newly built house is equipped with new furniture and electrical appliances. One bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. Mezzanine above bedroom, connected to the living room, providing additional sleeping space for 2 persons. The swimming pool of 55 sq. m (2.20 m up to 1.00 m depth), right next to the stone house, provides a fully equipped area of relaxation and games.It is open from 18 May till the end of October and its use belongs exclusively to the tenants of the house. The 30 sq.m veranda is the best place to have your breakfast, enjoy the view, or simply have an early drink while the sun sets.
