Located on picturesque Sunset Point Road in StillWaters, this luxury lakeside condominium offers you, your family, and guests luxury comfort, breathtaking views of the lake, year-round deep water access, and a dedicated boat slip just steps away from the condo.
The StillWaters Community on Lake Martin (Alabama) is gated with 24/7 security.
The condo main entrance from the parking lot is a gentle sloping walkway up to the breezeway. From the breezeway, the condo front entrance is straight in. There are no steps nor stairs. This is a "walk in" condo from the parking lot. The front door is a key less entry dead-bolt lock for easy access (no key required).
Walking out of the condo, the front sidewalk leads you around to the outdoor grilling areas, common areas, lakeside decks, pier, and boat docks. A dedicated boat slip is provided with this rental, directly in front of the condo. The boat slip has Sav-A-Dock installed for maximum protection for your boat. From the condo to the boat slip, there are no steps nor stairs. The sidewalk and pier ramp are gentle sloping.
The condo has over 1200 square feet of space for you, your family or guests. There is a full-size kitchen with all the amenities of home including stainless steel appliances and Quartz countertops. The condo is furnished as a lived-in home with the décor of a lakeside theme.
There are two "private patios" in the condo overlooking the lake that includes comfortable wicker furniture with ceiling fans and several lighting options. The experience relaxing on the patios is breathtaking, especially at sunset and night time.
The condo comfortably sleeps six adults. The Master Bedroom includes a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom (shower/large jetted tub -Whirpool)), and a private lakeside patio. The Guest Bedroom includes two queen beds and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/jetted tub (Whirpool).
The living Room (Den) has upgraded furniture (couch, love seat, and recliner). There is a 65" Smart TV above the gas fireplace. There is new Luxury Vinyl Tile flooring for the entire condo.
There are ample common areas (lakeside) for relaxing, grilling, and just enjoying the lake views. You can grill, swim, sunbathe, fish, float, and relax in the lake right in front of your condo.
Worried about wet swimsuits, towels, and clothes? Did you get wet or did someone throw you in the Lake? Yes, there is a washer and dryer in the condo including an ironing board and iron. While you wait on your clothes to dry, you can relax in the over sized jetted tub.
Do not worry at all about renting this condo on the Lake during the cooler months. You will stay comfortable and cozy with the gas fireplace right below the 65" TV.
There are 2 TVs supplied both streaming Spectrum for your TV channels. One in the guest bedroom and then the 65" TV in the Den. Maybe you would like to watch Netflix or Amazon Prime. Just switch the smart TVs to your favorite movie source - your sign in required for the streaming services.
High-speed WiFi (350+ Mb) is also supplied throughout the condo and patios.

Due to the limited space and StillWaters Community HOA rules, boat trailer parking is not allowed on-site at the condo.
If you will need boat trailer parking, please contact your host for availability and assistance 14 days in advance.
The closest and most convenient boat ramp is Harbor Point Marina. There is a charge for each ramp use, but the marina is only 1 mile from the condo. Please pay attendant inside the Marina store. Ramp closes at 4:30 pm (Spring, Summer) and 4:00 pm (Fall and Winter).
A boat dock slip is available (#421) at the condo. The boat slip has Savadock installed to protect your boat.
The condo is conveniently located in close proximity to the area restaurants (Prime Steakhouse, Landing II, Niffers Place, Chucks Marina, The Burrito Corner, Lake Martin Pizza, Poplar Dawgs, and Oskars). There is a new grocery store outside the main gate to StillWaters.
The condo is located 30 miles from Auburn, 50 miles from Montgomery, 95 miles from Birmingham and 125 miles from Atlanta.
