It is amazing what this location offers and it is so close to NYC. Upside down house layout allows everyone to enjoy the water views and sunset. Two kayaks to glide the calm waters on Peconic Bay steps down from the house. Swimming is a bliss.
Atlantic beaches 7 miles away. Short drive to North Fork (orchards, vineyards, wine testing, farms produce) or South Fork with dunes and all that East End life offers.
