Nice cottage in a small cottage area by Lake Kiasjรถn. You live 290 m from the lake where you have your own boat (12 feet) which is included in the rent. There is also a nice sandy beach here if you want to swim. The easiest way to buy a fishing license is via ifiske.se (here you can find both perch, pike and zander) and the lake splits in the middle. You live in Kalmar county and on the other side is Kronoberg county.
The cabin has 2 bedrooms and is for a maximum of 6 people. One bedroom with a double bed and one with a bunk bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Here you have a wood stove for colder evenings. The family room has direct access to the one terrace with a lake view and evening sun.
On the other side you have the balcony where you can enjoy the morning sun. The cottage has TV (1,2,4,6) and radio/CD. The kitchen is small with a stove/oven, fridge and a small freezer. You have a natural plot of 800 m2, but it is also suitable for play and games, there is a cubby, barbecue and garden furniture. On the other side of the house there is a common sauna for the area with a shower and relaxation room and a large terrace directly by the water. There is also a football field here for those who want to play football. The area is known for its beautiful nature and vegetation with unusual flowers.

The nearest shop is in Fagerhult 4.5 km but then there are shops in ร
seda and Hรถgsby. You only have 7 miles to Kalmar, which is a beautiful city, and you can cross the bridge to รland. Then it's almost the same distance to Oskarshamn, where you can swim in the sea and take the ferry over to Gotland. The Kingdom of Glass is where you live and Astrid Lindgren's World is a nice day trip.
