Summary: The apartment although new and modern was not clean, the bedding on the double bed smelled of someone elses aftershave and the towels had hair on them, there were marks all over the walls and cupboards throughout the whole apartment, it had been made to look like it had been cleaned i.e beds made and towels folded but it had been done in a rush and with little care, there was rubbish at the side of one of the single beds, marks and stains all over the carpets and when we first walked through the door there was plaster, a nail and paint on the floor like it had not been hoovered. We didnt take our shoes off until i had swept the floor with a brush that was supplied. And we didnt feel comfortable sleeping in the beds especially this soon after a pandemic, the sheets did not smell like they had even been washed after the last people had left. Overall a very dissapointing experience. On the plus side the communication and key access was perfect.
