Negative: The blinds in two of the rooms are broken and this gives a feel of a property not cared for. Also, the bins outside have not been emptied for week, adding to the uncared for feel. and there are mice running around in the loft area which we could hear at night.
Summary: Good location for what we wanted but the property has an uncared for feel about it
