The Rockwood Manito neighborhood is safe and family friendly with lots of dog walkers and runners. Stay comfortable all year around with energy efficient air conditioning options and a high-efficiency furnace, ensuring the home remains cool in summer and cozy in winter!
Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed. This is a family oriented building. We have wonderful neighbors and ask that you please respect their right to peace and quiet. If there is any report of a disturbance, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately. No refund will be given for the remainder of your stay, along with loss of security deposit.
