Positive: it was very spacious and elegant loved that we could fish and kayak the grandkids kids loved the pool and hot tub
Negative: for me being handicap and short it was hard getting out because of the big drop down in the hot tub then have to lift leg up so high to step up to get out and no rails to help get out of pool on the lower side but other than that it was a great house
