It consists of:
• Main house distributed on two floors with a kitchen equipped with high-end appliances, a spacious living room, four double rooms -three of them en suite-, four bathrooms, gallery-living room, office-library and pantry.
• Independent house on two floors with large living room, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
• Central landscaped courtyard, closed, made of Portuguese cobblestone that gives access to: the two houses, swimming pool with barbecue, kitchen sink, dressing room and bathroom, the gardens, a painting studio with toilet, storage room and storage room.
The main house is surrounded by two gardens, a parking lot with capacity for at least 8 cars, a stable, a kennel and 2,000 irrigated olive trees in operation.
It has natural gas heating, air conditioning in all rooms and rooms, and two fireplaces that can heat the main rooms
