Positive: Clean,  large rooms,, comfortable , thoughtfully appointed with lots of towels, linens, hangers, pots and pans, dishes and kitchen utensils, ,  and thoughtful extras including for children and babies. Even an extra refrigerator.   Well lit. Ac and ceiling fans. Pleasant residential neighborhood. Photos on the website are accurate.  The den and the linai make the house special. Laundry room is a convenience.
Negative: The small stall shower and toilet is in the laundry room. Back hedges are overgrown. Linai needs a facelift. Great job in making improvements to an older home. It seems it's still a work in progress but very liveable as is. Suggestions. Needs a Laundry bucket, standing dryer for wet towels and  bathing suits.  More kitchen towels.   Longer pulls on fan and light cords.   Hair dryer.  Improve front door lock bc an 11 digit code is difficult.  Check AC filter. House is cool but damp. Closets are cluttered.
