Three bedrooms, plus a downstairs family room with a queen-size sleeper sofa, provides plenty of space if you're traveling with a group. 10 minutes from downtown Hancock, there is access to beaches, hiking and biking trails, as well as every winter sport you can imagine. 15 minutes to Mont Ripley, 45 to Bohemia. Cross country, snowshoe, and snowmobile trailheads within 5 minutes! Please note you will need to trailer snowmobiles to trails. 2 car garage with a large concrete pad in front of house for parking - plenty of room for a trailer or two. 15 minutes from Michigan Tech's campus if you're in town for an event or hockey game.
