Negative: We did not know that the basement was off limits until after we booked it. The basement with second tv was shown in the pictures, which having two spaces was main plus for us. Also the tv in living room is an older one without cable and we were unable to get basic apps like Disney and ESPN which also was a must for us. We finally figured out how to connect our computer with HGMI cable and stream to tv but that took up a good amount of time and patience.
Summary: Other than the issue with basement and tv (which both were bothersome) everything else was very good
