Custom bar with live edge cedar countertop and seating for four is a show piece. Stocked with barware and complete with a back ledge for mixing drinks, it's sure to become the favorite evening hang out spot. Ethan Allen dining room table seats up to 12, making it the perfect setting to share a meal. Gaming table in the corner with seating for 4 is the place for playing card games, board games or doing a puzzle.

Back den serves as another multi-functional living space. Separated from the main living room, it's a great space for you to get away or for the kids to hangout in. Spacious eat-in kitchen comes complete with stainless steel refrigerator, oven w/ stove top, built-in microwave, dishwasher and trash compactor appliances. Large center island is perfect for food prep, congregating with family & friends (including 3 barstools for sitting) or both. You will find all the basic cooking utensils, pots & pans, dishware, drinkware and silverware you need for making and enjoying great meals together.

Master suite includes king bed, 2 closets, dresser, 65" 4K smart TV w/ Roku, separate sitting area for lounging/reading and spacious master bathroom with walk-in shower.

Dedicated laundry room space with washer, dryer and utility sink is a great convenience to have on site particularly for those longer stays at The Farm.
BACKYARD/PATIO:
Patio dining table is the perfect spot to share a meal while taking in the beautiful pastureland, pond and pecan field adjacent to the backyard. Large concrete pad serves as the perfect spot for shooting hoops and playing a variety of lawn games. The in-ground basketball hoop has an easy-to-use height adjustment system to raise or lower the hoop, accommodating players of all ages and skill levels. Horse, Around the World or Knock Out anyone? How about some 2 on 2? Large backyard is adjacent to beautiful pastureland, a pond and a pecan field, providing a variety of picturesque places for taking in the views or capturing memorable selfies.
GUEST ACCESS:
Ranch House: Guests have access to all parts of the house with very minor exceptions for the owner's storage. Guests are not able to access the enclosed barndominium space on the backside of the house.
Property/Venue Area: Property and venue space is limited to barn and designated outside communal areas and restricted to any other outbuildings (homes, carports, barns/shops, etc.), and fenced and/ or gated areas.
Lake: Swimming is not allowed in the ponds or lake. Hang out and/or fish from lakeside only, from or nearby the chapel and Adirondack chairs on concrete pad. (i.e. not in/on the water or around other parts of the lake). Fishing is catch and release only.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
The Farm at Wolf Creek is an event venue that hosts weddings, corporate events, family reunions and much more. During your stay, we may give tours of the venue and property to prospective clients interested in having their event on The Farm. It is also likely that you will see our team working on the property, performing landscaping and other things to maintain business operations. Please also keep in mind that this is a working farm, where farmers are actively growing crops in and around the area you will be visiting. We may enter the enclosed barndominium space on the backside of the house to access farm and venue equipment that is stored there. It is separated from the house via a locked door, ensuring that we will not enter the house nor will you be able to enter the barndominium. Unless requested by you or your guests, we will not go inside the ranch house during your stay.
