Positive: Location was only about a 7 minute walk to beach. And 5 minute drive from boardwalk and water activities. The house was clean and door pad was easy to use.
Negative: Did not like the fact that the big bedroom upstairs had no door just walk up steps and you are in room. Which provides for no privacy so me and my husband had to give up our room for a room downstairs with a door and of course a smaller bed.
