Positive: Giusy was very friendly and provided exceptional and welcoming service and lots of helpful information about the area. The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, and supplied with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including an eat-in kitchen with essentials for cooking/food preparation, breakfast items and coffee/tea/water, a modern bathroom with enclosed shower and toiletries, a spacious bedroom with fresh bedding/linens, and a clothes washing machine! The apartment is well located in the center and within easy walking distance to many sites. I look forward to coming back to Casa Vacanze Sotto L'Arco in Acireale!
