Private: natural state property 900 m2, large garden with lawn 500 m2 trees. Motor access to 15 m from the house. Width of access road: 500 cm. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house at 15 m on the premises. Shop 7 km, grocery 7 km, shopping centre 22 km, bus stop 6.3 km, railway station "Kumla" 7 km, sandy beach 11 km, grass beach 11 km, bathing lake "Tripphultssjön" 11 km. Upper floor: living/sleeping room 45 m2, with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room 15 m2 with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/WC. Heating, electric heating, air-conditioning (100 litres). Wooden floors. Comfortable furnishings in the country house style. Small terrace 18 m2, garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Beautiful view of the countryside and the forest. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Private entrance, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
