Every member of the staff treated us like family, going above and beyond to accommodate any request with warmth and genuine care. The hotel's organization and service were flawless, making my stay as effortless as it was luxurious. The location is absolutely perfect for skiing, offering breathtaking views and direct access to the slopes—truly the best spot on the mountain. The hotel itself feels like something out of a fairy tale, with its charming, yet sophisticated ambiance. One of my favorite moments was sitting by the cozy wood fire during dinner, the crackling flames adding to the intimate and inviting atmosphere. The spa facilities are state-of-the-art, providing a relaxing retreat after a day on the slopes. A relaxing message is a must after a day adventuring in the Alps. And the food—words can’t do it justice! Every meal was a delight, crafted to perfection with exquisite flavors that made each dining experience a true pleasure.
