Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: For the rate paid, this property is very good value. The room was spacious by Seoul's standards, a proper bedroom size. Allthough not brand new, it was well-equipped, I didn't think I needed anything else. There's a small fridge in the room, and kitchenette upstairs. You are expected to manage your trash yourself, just follow the instructions that are given. The host is helpful and responds very efficiently, you can always send them a message. It was very quiet, I hardly bumped into anyone else during my stay although I do hear them arriving and going. The neighbourhood has cafes and convenience stores nearby if you need anything. You can use either the Sinseol-dong Stn or Dongmyo Stn.

Negative: Nothing. (Though be extra careful going down the main stairs with big luggage, it is quite steep).

Summary: Very Good Value, Spacious Bedroom
