This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, pool home was completely updated and furnished with coastal elegance and flare. Boasting a bright, open great room with vaulted ceilings with two sets of French doors that connect this space to a large screened porch. Hardwood floors and an updated kitchen enhance the fabulous main living/dinging room area. All three bedrooms have private, newly remodeled bathrooms, making the house ideal for families and their guests. The outdoor private pool allows you to swim against the current in the jetted pool or leisurely float with the gentle waves. Serenity Palms is truly the perfect Sanibel escape on a quiet, shelled drive located mid-island and is close to bikes paths as well as the Sanibel Recreation Center where pools, tennis, and fitness membership options are available.
Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed & 2 Twin beds (sleeps 6), Smart TV's (streaming only), free WIFI, private pool in enclosed lanai, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill. No Pets Allowed. Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.
