Here, you can leave your worries behind and immerse yourself in tranquility. It's the perfect retreat to unwind, reconnect with nature, and discover the distinct charm of Senoia. Our Gorgeous, home in the heart of historic Senoia is located minutes from the charming downtown and sits on a 5 acre artfully designed landscaped parcel that is connected by woods. Our home, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with owner's suite on main, beautiful. Upon entering, you’re quickly drawn to the spacious two-story foyer and the nicely sized dining room with coffered ceiling. The open floor plan with a cozy, wood-burning fireplace is comfortably inviting and perfect for families and entertaining. You will notice tons of natural light showcasing the landscaped backyard with a water fountain. The elegant kitchen granite countertops sitting on custom cabinetry is the epitome of luxury. The Kitchen is designed with chefs in mind featuring a luxury package electric cooktop, double wall ovens, farm sink and custom walk-in pantry with additional cabinetry and counters. The kitchen with double islands, breakfast area and Breakfast Area, Walk-in Pantry, ice maker, microwave, and upgraded Stainless Steel Appliance(s). As you enter the opulent master suite you will notice tons of natural light showcasing the sitting area and 12-foot double tray crown molded ceiling. The master bath with its spa like ambiance includes features such as soaking tub, separate vanities, walk in double showers. As you make your way upstairs also features two spacious secondary bedrooms with two full beds and one queen beds with vaulted ceilings, spacious closets, a jack and jill bath, a single full bath. along with a study/loft area with executive desk.
You'll have exclusive access to 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms throughout our home.
While master bedroom closet, garage and one other room will be closed off, you're welcome to explore and enjoy all other areas.
