Quiet in the hinterland and yet so close to the beach This holiday home is the ideal starting point for excursions into the idyllic hinterland with its fens and forests and to the imperial baths, whether on foot, by bike or car. On 70 m² of living space with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and very generous light-filled living-dining area, it offers plenty of space and a well-designed equipment for 4 people. The summer evenings can be enjoyed on the beautiful southwest terrace with a beautiful view of the landscape conservation area on Gothensee. Instead of cars, you will hear birds singing and maybe a moo. In the storage room you can store your bicycles or prams and charge your pedelec.

The semi-detached holiday home welcomes you most cordially and offers everything for a perfect stay at lakes and sea. 70 m² of living space spread over two floors, leave nothing to be desired and accommodate plenty of space for a stay in every season, whether as a couple, with family or with friends. On the ground floor you can expect a spacious living room incl. A spacious dining area for four people, a cozy sofa and two armchairs, as well as a bathroom with toilet and shower. In the cold season you can enjoy the fire in the stove and in the summer the sunset over the Gothensee from the beautiful terrace. Should it ever rain, you can watch a DVD or use the extensive collection of games. For the planning of excursions tips, guides and maps are available. On the upper floor of the house, two bedrooms offer four comfortable beds. A double bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m) and two box spring beds (0.90 mx 2.00 m), which can be made up as a double bed or single beds. The spacious bathroom with bath and toilet allows bathing or showering. Spacious cabinets, a small workstation and a second TV complete the picture. The windows are equipped with insect screens and can be darkened well. In the object you also have a wireless connection and a telephone (landline calls only) available. Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fee in the golf clubs and until 31. August 2019 a 50% discount on the regular entrance fees with each visit to the spa in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the 50% discount in the Ostsee-Therme with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard).
